This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services offered by Aspirant to job seekers through our website.
Refunds are applicable only in the following case:
Aspirant fails to refer a candidate’s profile to any of the employers that it has a partnership or tie-up with.
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
The candidate withdraws their application or request after purchase.
The candidate is referred but not shortlisted or selected by the employer.
Incomplete or inaccurate user information resulting in failed referrals.
Technical issues beyond Aspirant’s control (e.g., internet outages, payment gateway downtime).
Refund requests must be made via email to aspirantleads@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of payment.
Aspirant will verify eligibility and initiate the refund (if applicable) within 10–15 business days.
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during purchase.
Once a user has purchased a referral service and the process of referring has begun, the transaction cannot be canceled.
All refund-related disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
